There are 5 types of boarding schools available to attend. Boarding schools offer a unique education experience for children and teens , provided their parents are willing to pay for the tuition cost. Each boarding school trains students in different skills and traits. Sims do not learn traits from the boarding school, but instead, their offensive traits — depending on the type of school — may be replaced with another good trait. If Sims don't have any of the offensive traits, no necessary traits are replaced.
Sims graduating from boarding school may start at level 2 of recommended careers of each school.
